The 45th Annual General Meeting (closed session) of the NADA Automobiles Association of Nepal (NADA) concluded successfully in Lalitpur. The meeting focused on internal institutional strengthening and key policy discussions.
Out of 1,548 renewed members, 1,483 were physically present in the annual general meeting. The program was conducted in coordination with the District Administration Office and in full compliance with prevailing legal provisions.
During the meeting, members held detailed deliberations on various agendas and unanimously approved all proposed items. Serious discussions were also conducted on institutional policies, organizational structure, transparency, and a long-term strategic roadmap for NADA’s future.
The assembly further discussed cooperation among automobile entrepreneurs, professional rights, and responsible business practices. It was decided that the election to form the new executive committee will be held on Poush 25, 2082.
Additionally, members debated the relevance and necessity of forming a federation and passed a proposal to proceed with federation incorporation in accordance with existing laws.
